Opening tonight in Berlin!
My work will be shown as part of this showcase of Irish photography put together by the illustrious Blow Photo Magazine. The show is part of the European Month of Photography and I am honoured to be included alongside the following talented artists: Dorje de Burgh, Cáit Fahey, Jason Lowe, Clare Gallagher, Lynn Rothwell, Alison Baker, Aoife Forrestal, Lee Barry, Kate Ryan, Garreth Joyce and Robert Ellis. Another show that I'm really dissapointed not to be around for, this time in my Lieblingsstadt.
Agata Stoinska, executive editor of Blow magazine says the following regarding 'Blow Your Mind':
“In these economically challenging times Ireland is flourishing artistically. This year’s theme of the MdF Berlin is a perfect opportunity for us to invite Irish based artists to reflect on this great transitional period in society. We strongly believe that Ireland has a creative potential that is worth exploring and promoting abroad.”
The show is being held in the Irish embassy (Botschaft von Irland) on Jägerstraße and will run until the 2nd of November. Please take a look if you're in Berlin!
